Would feel much better 3-5 years ago. Paying for aging declining players is a Loomis special.

would not count against the compensatory formula for whatever that is worth. honestly surprised a G signing hasn't been announced yet.

The sad thing is even at 31 having played only 12 games he outperformed everyone on the Saints roster in all categories of receiving.

Becton is still out there . My hope is that they are working that deal.

Might be considering a play for one of the better ones left, but there are some fall back options, including the guy we had last year.

Very injury prone. I think he’s only played one full season his entire career. He hasn’t played more than 12 games since 2021. 31 years old. And no one knows what he’ll look like outside of a Mcvay offense. Good player but you have to know how to use him and he has to stay healthy.

Kupp would do wonders for Olave and Shahid.

They need a true pro to show them the ropes.

that 2021 145 receptions will do that to anyone.

He effectively doubled his hits taken in an average year, some guys body breaks down faster because of that I'm sure, esp one that plays over the middle like him.

You sign Kupp, you are expecting him to be a WR2/3 at this point

Definitely has lost a step. Kupp in his prime would run wide open all game long. I do still think he would be a good piece to add to the receiving room.

Naw. Healthy Kupp is still a startable fantasy flex play.

And he would put up 1000 yards seasons if not dinged here and there.

10 year deal, 20 million a year all guaranteed. And surrender all current and future draft picks.

An old injury prone veteran? Sounds like a perfect Loomis player.

He’s a declining player. It would be dumb to give him a long term deal for significant money.

So they probably will.

If he's healthy now it's worth the risk. Maybe a fair guaranteed figure with a heavy games played bonus. Was he even offered by the rams?

If he’s not expensive, he’s definitely worth a gamble in my opinion
