quote:

Russia outlibes ceasefire demands to US - Reuters

- No NATO membership for Ukraine
- No NATO "peacekeepers" in Ukraine
- Ukraine is denazified/demilitarised
- 4 Donbass regions recognised as Russian territories plus Crimea

In Return:
– Cease of all hostilities
– Peace and stability for Ukraine

Seems reasonable

Russia won't follow their side and will just resume hostilities covertly immediately and openly in 4-6 years.

No deal.

Add:
- USAID must be utterly disbanded for good.
- Not one more American taxpayer $ is stolen and wasted in Ukraine.
- No American Service Member can ever step foot in Ukraine.

They also stated that NATO removes all soldiers from border countries, and Russia gets to stipulate how large European armies can be.

Hilarious demands.

In other words, exactly what Russia has said it wanted from the very beginning.

I’m worried about the pro war American larpers that are over there creating problems. Hopefully they’re handed over to Putin and also the OT lounge thread needs deleted.

Why should I care about this?

No chance this would be agreed to.

This is what they've always said.

None of this would have a happened if Obama and his crew didn't lead a coup there to install this laundering operation 10+ years ago

Putin should ask for Zelensky’s wife in the deal.

People are downvoting but yeah, "demilitarize Ukraine" would make them a sitting duck.

The alternative is continued war, loss of lives, and losing the whole country.

All that for a 30 day cease fire?

After thirty days and with no military, how could Ukraine defend itself?

But this is no surprise really. Russia appears to have gotten Ukraine out of Kursk, Trump had been hard on Ukraine and Russia sees more daylight now.

Well, the alternative is a demilitarized Ukraine, anyway. The difference is: if this continues, the military won’t exist because there will be no money and all the young men will be dead.
