Himself

quote:

I spent a dozen years as a program officer for USAid, serving in countries in South America, Africa and Asia with my family. I loved my job working with governments and NGOs to improve the lives of those in need. Doing good and doing well, we said. I was helping to build an information system to improve aid transparency and efficiency when sudden news arrived.

Entitled fantasist

quote:

In a matter of weeks, I had lost my job, my father and, I felt, my country.

fcker doesn't even want to live here.
He lost his country long ago.

quote:

Christian Smith is an American citizen and former USAid officer who lives between Dublin and Spain

Believes he’s a hero.

Believes he gave selflessly.

Fired just before martyrdom.

Those tax dollars belonged to him and his ego.

Government and taxpayers exist to serve him. So nice he has his priorities in the right place. We wouldn’t want him thinking he serves the taxpayers.

The idea of losing your job is completely foreign to these government tit suckers. They can’t comprehend how it’s even possible.

Firefighters who pull people out of burning buildings don't value themselves nearly as much as these mf-ers.

Giving other people's money away probably feels pretty good. Getting paid to do it must feel amazing. Let's see if he continues on using his own money to do it.

Don't worry it looks like all he did is go to some meetings and maybe make a PowerPoint.

What's stopping him from collecting private donations to continue his work? Surely all those rich Hollywood celebrities and DEI-loving leftists would be happy to give their own money for such a noble cause.

All the more reason the layoffs were needed and I feel no sadness for their loss... Time for them to get a real public sector job like everyone else.
