*yawn*
quote:

“So if member states would increase their defense spending by 1.5% of GDP on average, this could create fiscal space of close to 650 billion euros ($683 billion) over a period of four years,” von der Leyen said. This would be topped up by a loans program, controversially backed by the common EU budget, of 150 billion euros ($157 billion) to allow member states to invest in defense.

Great. We can save a fortune if we don't have to be Europe's security force.

So they’ve had the money to do this the whole time? Sounds like the first order of business for this new world superpower is to write a big fat check to the U.S. as a refund for overpayment.

Surely they won’t frick it up.

Surely they won’t beg the USA to bail them out.

They won't need to. Satan (Soros) will provide their needs.

Lmao..... Ok! We'll see how this turns out!
Several EU countries and the UK are close to becoming Muslim or have revolutions to deal with.

Unless they want to suddenly ramp up manufacturing which uses energy which means they can't be green any more.

Good, because we will have no choice but to level off or even decrease our military budget if this country is going to survive. We should reduce our budget by the same amount they increase theirs.

You're not my buddy, guy!
You're not my guy, friend!
You're not my friend, buddy!

That's how this will end.

Aren't some of the member nations already crying over fake climate change issues?

The EU is ridiculous.

Can't be world war 3 if only us Ukraine and Russia are involved. Europe must build an army if we truly are going to battle it out for the world championship belt again
