He was ready to sign it two days ago, then didn't. It's still not clear to me who actually pulled the deal off the table after the press conference. Did Zelensky say no deal, or did Trump pull it off the table when he told Z to piss off. I don't know. Is the deal still on the table from our side? These are details I can't find.

The Dems met with him beforehand and told him to not sign it. Now he knows he is screwed. I say let him suffer.
