Regarding cartels, why is it relevant that the Mexican President is Jewish?

In discussing Mexican cartels in another thread, the issue came up (see image). I am here to learn.

Would someone please explain the significance of the President's religion in a discussion that has nothing to do with religion or Israel?

Thanks.

There's a large population on here who have become NPCs to the progeny of David Icke and others, my friend.

Hell sometimes they show up randomly. In one of the recent threads on Russia some guy just came in and was like "because they kicked the Jews out" or some randomness

It’s not really but it is notable in that the Jewish population in all of Mexico is estimated to be only 40,000 - 100,000 out of 129.7 M total population.

It’s relevant to me because I don’t know how to say Jewish in Spanish.

Yeah, it’s more of an oddity than anything. One doesn’t normally associate Mexico with Judaism.

This is a discussion board. I just can't imagine what Sheinbaum's religion would have to do with this issue.

If she were Catholic, would people who assert "She is a Jew," expect her to act differently regarding the cartels?

No one thinks it’s odd that a Jewish woman named Sheinbaum is president of Mexico? It’s pretty weird at the least.

No but why are you dismissing the obvious oddity?

You are missing a whole swath of Israel haters.

And then there is the Nazi supporting Ukraine bros.

So yeah, bunch of Jew haters lurking around.

And then every Democrat voter that posts here wants that Mexican Jew picking their strawberries.

No. They just like to post anti-Jewish stuff b/c it's part of the "globalist" conspiracy theories.

She's part of their leftist parties, and those people don't care as much about religious associations, clearly. Now if a Jewish person represented one of the more socially conservative Mexican political parties? It would be shocking in such a Catholic country.

Why do you think I'm dismissing that oddity?

Of course that's strange, but what does it have to do with a discussion of cartels?

Exactly! In a country that is 99.98% Catholic, they’re lead by a Jew? Extremely odd. There’s many many many religions practiced in the U.S, but an openly Muslim woman isn’t gonna get elected here. How do you lead a people when you can’t relate to them?

Lol, EVERYONE thinks that's odd. The question was why is that relevant to a discussion of cartels?
