Any alcohol free liquors on the market that are drinkable ? I’ve become a big fan of Athletic Beer which tastes like the real thing but no alcohol.

It's true. I tried some this morning and don't feel drunk at all.

But why?

I bet you eat tofurkey.

Drink, or don't... but by announcing you're 'on the wagon' sounds like you believe you have an issue with alcohol. Instead of avoiding it, you're looking for ways to sidle up to it. I hope you stay sober if that's what you're wanting to do, but I predict your ride on that wagon will be a short one.

Why take on the empty calories without the buzz? You're too old for empty calories that provide no benefits. Eat an edible before dinner.

Water is underrated.
It's really all you need.

Well, maybe coffee too.

Jumping on the wagon with a nearbeer in hand doesn't sound like a person dealing with whatever issues prompted said individual to hop on the wagon in the first place.

'The Wagon' has serious connotation with alcohol problems.

I don't intend to be an a-hole and maybe OP is just wanting to be healthier and has no issue with booze... if this is the case and OP just wants something to sip on with friends, I'd vote virgin cocktails.

These aren’t bad, my wife used them while pregnant and I tried them.

The tequila was nice for margaritas because it gave the “bite” needed to not make it just taste like sweet lime slushy we made before. Same with the gin for gin and tonics

Depending on your definition of “sober”, I’ve learned to replace beer and liquor with these low dose thc seltzers, they let you have a drink in hand at a gathering or in the evening, low calorie (these are 19 calories), and give you that nice relaxing buzz. There are a lot on the market now (not sure about Louisiana availability)

If you want to really get on the wagon, I would recommend stop tempting yourself with the fake stuff.

Get some topo chico’s if you want to open a bottle

This is a little like beer. It has a nice thick bottle, a lot of good bitterness, good carbonization, a thickness to the water that gives some of the experience of beer, but there is no alcohol.

Also mixes great with bourbon.

Every bar should have cold brew at all times.
