My go to is the Pho Bang in Gretna. Their one in Kenner is good too, as is Pho Sunrise just down Vets from there toward the Airport.
If I can’t get tripe in my Pho, you don’t make the cut. Pho Tau Bay stopped offering it when they moved downtown.

Tan Dinh. Q is awesome. He has so much energy. And mama cooking in the kitchen. You can't beat it. Try the short rib rice plate.
