McKernan says he’ll grab a good-sized chunk of the business in New Orleans because he has succeeded in every other market in Louisiana.
It won’t happen, Bart says. He’s confident McKernan will become only the latest out-of-town law firm that makes a splash in New Orleans but ends up failing to knock him off his perch.
Just to be sure, Bart has plastered his face on 10 to 20 more billboards in New Orleans and upped his TV advertising.
During a two-hour stretch during the Today Show on Tuesday morning, Bart accounted for seven of the 21 ads by personal injury law firms, while McKernan had four.
I guess neither one of them will be happy until they take up all the billboards in the state.
