Lots of snarky comments about Trump. They should stick to local news. How could anyone be against eliminating waste? Traitors! I still like Emma Kate Cowen. Also, they seem to be all about promoting the mental illnesses of transgenders. It’s a new day! We need a local common sense alternative.

Local news are just an extension of national news.
KPRC which is either the biggest or second biggest news station in Houston literally put side by side imagery comparing Cy-Fair ISD to Nazi's because they were upset about banning porn in schools.

I’ve noticed WAFB started doing this on their Facebook. They make a status on EVERYTHING Trump does and the comments are filled with low iq morons melting

A lot of these local stations are owned by left wing media companies. They get their marching orders from above. It’s not about local news. Just more propaganda. I don’t watch the local news at all anymore.

On a national scale, most “local” news is owned by larger leftist corporations that are more than willing to spout the leftist mainstream narrative on a local level.

Your local news isn’t so local anymore. Almost all of them are owned by huge conglomerates like Gray Media and Nexstar Communications and it’s blatantly obvious at times that they’re being told to tow the narrative of whatever Big 4 channel to which they’re affiliated.
I think KTBS Channel 3 in Shreveport is one of the only independent and locally owned channels left in country and you can tell a big difference between them and everyone else with the way report the news and the segments they do.

WAFB is equally as bad.
It’s been 15 yrs at least since I stopped tuning in but I don’t even watch the local or weather segment for the past 8 yrs.

That's exactly right. Local news is an extension of their national news network. Same thing with radio stations. You might hear some conservative news that you agree with on a local radio program, but when they cut to their national news network for an update, you usually hear the same lying, woke BS.

There ar lots of liberals in local media also. They tend to twist the news against Trump and rarely highlights his many accomplishments.

The only reason I watch local news is for the morning traffic reports because... Baton Rouge.
I get far more of my news from news aggregator sites and podcasts than I do any network or cable news and that's due solely to the propaganda they just can't seem to stop pushing.
