I'm all for mass deportation of illegals. I don't know the facts of that plant.
However, the guy speaking in the video says explicitly that the guys he works with aren't illegal...
"They all have status to stay here."

It's always difficult to figure out what went down in these scenarios. Some people are here on visas but are working illegally because they haven't applied. Or, they are waiting for their application to be accepted and working under a false name/documents. The term "illegal" is becoming very fluid depending on which person or group is using it.
Either way, 100+ people taking off on a sprint speaks volumes.

I had a new hire hand me his social security card once and the number was 123-45-6789
I told him to go to the SS office and bring me a letter from them verifying it was real. Never saw him again.
