The label inside the door should be a good indication... A kill-A-Watt meter should be able to confirm current draw.... if that isn't accurate enough for you then you can do a bit of math bringing water to boiling from a know starting temp.

Panasonic Invertor 1,200 watts.

Invertor is awesome. Can cook on low power which is great for defrosting and cooking oatmeal.

700w. Had to get the lowest possible because my truck only has a 1200w power inverter.
