If I was running the HOR I would have articles of impeachment ready to be filed against every judge issuing these immediate TRO without notice or actual authority or the opportunity to be heard.

I would then have the entire house immediately vote and impeach.

The next judge might not be so quick to usurp the executive branch for the democrats

Dims aren't going to vote to impeach so it would not result in anything. Maybe in the future after some dims are in jail it might work.

Remember when some of you argued impeachment required a criminal conviction beforehand?

I believe two thirds of the senate would have to vote in favor. I would investagate those crooked judges. I am sure with their lack of concern for the constitution that they have done other illegal things. Find it and nail them.

To remove one from office, yes. But impeachment only requires a simple majority of the House.

Many forget impeachment and removal are two different things.

I will say it again, the Supreme Court has defined Presidential immunity and what Trump has done falls well within what the Supreme Court defined as his Constitutional duties and hence he is immune from criminal proceedings while fulfilling his Presidential duties.

So yes, POTUS and Elon must carry on.

I know saying or writing that RINO shite sounds good but the most "controversial" nominees are being supported by 52 or 53 republicans. And the edge in the HOR is razor thin. Yeah, be done with that RINO shite talk. It doesn't exist to any large degree at all.

Republicans should sue in a friendly court and seek a nationwide TRO blocking disbursement of funds by federal departments that misappropriated funds. Like USAID.

Do things legally and there won't be a problem.

I'm startled that it seems like so many people are willing to break the law. Maybe I'm missing something.

Trump has immunity and he can give blanket immunity. Thanks Biden.

The judges are pissing in the wind.

This non-sequitur has literally nothing to do with impeachment as defined in the Constitution and the English common law from which it was derived.

It’s somewhat alarming that you conflated the two so easily.
