Is this something that is coming? Now will never be a better time

Hopefully never. That indicates a failed state and authoritarian takeover.

This is what happens with partisan brain rot and dehumanizing the out group.
What they fail to understand is how badly the DEMs would frick them over with this same power, once its established.

Because of partisan brain rot creating NPCs
Which is literally why I try to combat the neurosis on here.
You get enough of those people (this isn't limited to one side of the aisle. I'm speaking generally) and it's going to end badly for almost everyone

On TROs it moves at light speed, typically, even faster with an ex-parte ruling.

It happened. You didn’t recognize it because it was your side doing it.

I'm totally against that. There wouldn't be any space left in the prisons. Instead we should ban lawyers from advertising on T.V. or highway billboards.

Probably never, but I do hope that some federal judges are investigated and we can determine if and when it is appropriate to hold bad faith actors to account.
The ball seems to only roll in one direction.
Much like police, the immunity afforded to judges is a double edged sword.
It affords them the ability to do their jobs, but even when they go above and beyond their supposed limitations of office and are summarily chastised by the higher courts, nothing ever happens to them.
The process simply rinses and repeats.
