Coach Johnson’s press conferences

I’ve heard Coach 4 or5 times and every time I’m amazed at his responses. He seems to have every aspect planned out. He has an amazing ability to communicate . I can’t remember everything from every one but I remember him talking about player development over a long period,communication with players so each knows where they stand, importance of strength coach, working pitchers to extend their innings, defensive drills, planning and changing the lineups to win the next game considering the variables, I can’t imagine having any coach who is better. If anyone wants a different coach I’d be surprised. He may be the only LSU coach in history that there aren’t a bunch of people who want him fired .

Nobody wants Kim Mulkey, Jay Clark (Gym), Russell Brock (Beach Volleyball) or Matt McMahon fired.

There were no message boards (or even internet for most of his coaching career), but nobody, and I mean, nobody wanted Skip to be fired. Ever.

Since day 1 he's reminded me of Saban at LSU. Let's see if we keep him for 25 years unlike Saban. I think the results may be similar.
