where is the worst city to live in Texas?

I’d say Midland/Odessa. Cost of living is really high believe it or not.
Economy is boom or bust with oil/gas. Most people making the most money commute in (fly in every week) and don’t live there so the money doesn’t really get dumped back into the communities.
Desolate land, windy, dusty, and dry.
Outside of that probably Loredo or Brownsville but at least you don’t have to spend a fortune to live there.
With all that said, still better than anywhere in Louisiana.
