Because you have a stink arse, ghetto, basic, over educated black witch attitude. No one is paying for that shite.

Then leave bankrupt CNN

Their schtik is so played out.
Can't wait for them to get sidelined by our neighbors to the south and it's already happening. Once they get vocal, it'll be a game changer for the Dem support.

Don't most newly hired people make less than established employees in a similar job?

Just read her bio. Nothing but DEI positions - racial equity this and that. Undergrad from Ohio State. JD Brooklyn Law School and MEd from Long Island University - wtf is that even. Worked for Valerie Jarrett - no surprise there. The entire resume is bullshite positions and bullshite degrees.

How does she know?
I never discuss pay with my coworkers. It’s really unethical because pay should be based on experience/merit, not how many degrees you have accumulated.

She sounds real professional. Did all those degrees teach her to talk ful white trash ghetto?

Higher education is a scam - example 1,548,974,443.

That’s because she thinks those degrees should automatically move her to the top.
The degrees only tell the employer that you completed the necessary education to be qualified to work in that career.
They do not guarantee that you are a good, high performing employee in that career. That has to be earned, and pay scale will reflect what you have earned

CNN is evolving into Worldstar at a rate best described as an exponential curve over the last 16 years.

Exactly. What my first boss told me in our first interview. I told him I no clue about the industry, other than hearing about it from buddies studying it.
He said "you finishing a solid degree at a solid university shows me you can finish what you started, and that got your foot in the door. Now I'm trying to figure out if you can learn what we do, and get along with the rest of my team/company."
Obviously my pay was less than if someone who had a degree in it, and guess what lady...I'm a White guy. We need blacks like this to realize it's not the 1950s anymore so stop trying to make up for it. You have had everything given to you.
Anyone have the clip with Jennings response? I like the dude calling her out with claps. She didn't not catch how the Obama black admin team did it to her.

Professional Student vs. Experienced Employee.... not too hard to figure out who is valued more.

You could easily prove she’s lying, but why waste the time?
