have his sorry arse defeated in 2026.

I know Bill Cassidy. He's a principled man. He is NOT however a very good representative for the people of Louisiana.

If he torpedoes RFK, Jr. and sets back the MAHA movement due to his arrogance, he may as well pack his shite and head to the house.

There will be millions of dollars raised to defeat him and to elect someone who will properly represent Louisiana in the U.S. Senate. The candidate may not be any of the names that are currently being tossed around but will be someone who is willing to spend at least 5-7 million of their own money and have another 5 million contributed. With 15-20 million, a political unknown could win, with the right image makers running his/her campaign.

Enough is enough. Go ahead Cassidy, FAFO.

It would be really interesting to see how much pharma money he brought into the old Earl K Long for clinical trials using Angola inmates back in the day.

How often has he voted against the interests of his major corporate donors?

Do like the Democrats, go after him and his family. Can the State Board take away his and is wife’s medical license? Force them to leave the State.

There will be more than enough money for the right candidate to defeat Cassidy if he votes to tank RFK, Jr.

Don't forget, Elon Musk has a few dollars to toss around for situations, just like this.

Cassidy is old and ready to retire. He's showing his true colors as a Democrat because he'd be just fine with losing this next election.

Which I hope he does.

Oh you're talking about additional fund raising then.

Agreed, but I don't like this veiled threats stuff. The holdouts, aside of Cocaine Mitch, need to already be fighting for their political careers. That includes Cassidy, Graham, Lisa and others.

That will never happen. Getting rid of truly incompetent doctors is hard enough in Louisiana. The State Board isn't political, in that way.

It pains me to think that if he loses the election, he will slide right into a position with a lobbyist consulting firm and make millions on top of millions. Because that’s how they do it.
I would much rather have it ruin him for grifting on the backs of his voters

When that POS was insisting a HepB Vax for 1 day old infants was good medicine, I wanted to jump through the TV screen an strangle the imbecile.

His rationale for a virtual newborn injection mandate?
The mom might have HepB!

How about this?
If Senator Shit4brains is worried about a mom having HepB, then mandate a blood test for the mom! That way, if she's infected, you know the baby needs the vax AND the mom knows she's got the virus as well.

If Cassidy votes against RFK he’s an American hero. I’d rather be voted out of office knowing I did the right thing than allow a conspiracy theorist spouting false information and debunked studies to be in charge of the health care of our people.

If Cassidy votes no on any of Trump’s appointments i’ll go stand on the freeway spinning signs for anyone running against him. I’m fed up with this dip shite.

If he doesn’t get confirmed, can Trump either appoint him in recess or appoint him acting director instead?

He’s a POS for sure.

It just goes to show you Doctors typically know nothing about health.
