I’m sure he’s getting a nice check but I doubt he’s one of the highest paid coaches in the league.
He was set to be one of if not they highest paid OC if he stayed in Tampa, but I don’t think he’s resetting the HC market by any means

Anyone remember why he was fired? Dude was a front office cancer, to the extent the nflpa was telling players not to sign here because of tom. Plus we won 5 games the season before, wrapping up a 6 win year.
