Probably should have supplemented her diet with D3 and K2 while on Ozempic.

She is still young so hopefully proper diet and exercise she can repair her bone density.

Osteopenia is not a deadly disease

Every old lady has Osteopenia

"deadly disease"

That's not sensational or anything.

Osteopenia means your bone density is lower than the average person, but not yet osteoporosis so I don't think she even really understands what she has since she's saying she has both.

See your doctor regularly (which you should be doing on something like Ozempic anyway) and it can be easily monitored/managed. Longer term acid reflux medication can do similar and most doctors will just have you supplement for it and keep an eye on things.

Calling it a deadly disease is a bit of a stretch

No. That means she voted for Kamala and is angry about her credit score.

If you lose too much weight by any method you will lose bone density as well. Just get on a light weight training program and eat a balanced diet and she will get healthy again.

ETA: There is no need for her over-dramatic video or the insinuation that Ozempic is not a good medicine. Quite the contrary, if she lost “too much weight”.

First - this is stupid, osteopenia is nothing. Secondly, what does this have to do with Ozempic? I'm sure its unrelated to her non-stop vaping. Drink some milk, bitch.

Probably bullshite, but whatever.

If you are using GLP-1, you should probably also eat right and workout

Her bone issue could also be genetics.

You are right.

One of my biggest fears in terms of losing temporary bone density is hyperkyphosis and it's not even genetic in my family. Trump is even getting slight hyperkyphosis as he ages.

I'm sure there is another pill or injection she can take to fix it all up.

She sounded like she doesn't have a clue what she's talking about, half listened to the doctor, and hopped right on social media to attention whore.
