That’s good.
I think he will still get us into digital currency/currencies, just not controlled by the government.
Is anybody more up to speed on this stuff?

But can be reversed by the next Democrat president.
We need laws, not EO’s

This is a step to setting up regulations and laws.
Full order.....

Reading the whole order, I think it is. It will mostly depend on what comes out of the Commission. Just getting the SEC under control and stopping the ridiculous lawsuits like Ripple's will be a big help.

Totally not influenced by all of the crypto guys wanting this. You know, the ones that gave millions to his campaign and had their own inaugural ball last week in DC.
They don’t want regulation and Trump doesn’t want it with his meme coin.
Wake up y’all.

We were inches away from the government having control over our lives to a degree only the Chinese currently have.

So because democrats do it, it’s ok?
None of it is ok.
The worst part is they’re doing that right to our face and people still choose to donate to the Trump family.

You seem really wound up over crypto.
Ripple is one of the donors you are referring to and has been begging for regulations for years. That is the problem, there are no clear regulations, and the SEC has relied on "regulation by enforcement" which stops innovation and bankrupts smaller startups. Ripple has won its case, but the SEC has stalled all of the way and is still dragging out an appeal. Most companies/crypto foundations can't afford a multi-year legal fight.
And yes, industry people will have to have input. Crypto is a mystery to most people and I wouldn't want regulations written by people worried Guam is going to tip over.
