Sure they can already do that to a degree but it requires a warrant or court order technically.

Since you seem to be against this EO I assume that means you are in favor of CBDCs and everything mentioned above.
Could you elaborate on why CBDCs are good for us? Bonus points if you can do it without mentioning people of color being disproportionately affected by the current system.

CBDC is tyranny. Anyone complaining about this needs to wake up. It's bad enough we have The Fed and not enough paper money to go around. CBDC makes everything in your life observable and controllable by the govt.
