Auburn Student arrested for animal cruelty.... guilty or not guilty?

According to the complaint Colbert allegedly locked her husky puppy in a crate for several days without food or water, leading to the animal’s death. Auburn Police arrested Colbert on January 14 on a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.
Colbert was released on a $5,000 bond.

I don't believe this is an Auburn student. I saw this a few days ago and I think it was a community college student arrested by the Auburn police. Article says Southern Union as well.
