OSU or Texas? I can’t stand either team. I hate to pull for either but I think Texas is the better matchup for ND.

I think ND has a better chance of beating Texas because I think OSU has more overall talent.

Probably Texas since their skill players on the outside are not as good (while still being pretty good in their own right) as OSU. Think both teams could have success through the air on ND since they would be the best QB/WR combo that ND will have faced this season. Texas is also more likely to turn the ball over which is what ND has thrived on all year.

ND will probably struggle to move the ball against either defense, IMO.

Texas. Receivers aren't as nearly as good outside of Golden.

Would probably look like a similar game to the SEC championship with Texas being a slight favorite. Grindfest.

Fanduel has Texas a 3 pt favorite against ND and Ohio State at 9.5

I thought I heard his name in the Peach Bowl but can't remember if he was an impact or not. Golden has been outstanding for them though.

Ohio State and ND are Midwestern neighbors wary of each other.

Ohio State will be fired up and will splatter ND.

If that matchup happens.

Book it.

Texas by a mile because Ewers isnt good enough to activate the rest of the offensive skill talent on that team.

The guy had the same season statistically that Peyton Thorne did yet Ewers is an NFL elite prospect and Thorne was the problem at Auburn apparently.

Jalen Milroe had roughly the same season he did as a passer (offset by his rushing TDs) just as a reference.

Probably Texas. Ohio State would roll them.

If they play texas they a shot of winning or Texas wins by a field goal, if they play Ohio State they’re losing by double digits. Will probably end up being like Kelly vs Saban in 2012.

I didn't think ND would beat Georgia or Penn State & thought they would struggle to keep up with scoring against Indiana.

Clearly I was wrong on each ND game so far, but I don't think they stand a chance against Ohio State or Texas either.

Well your track record at predicting these games is pretty bad so far, so that’s a good thing for ND.

Texas easily.

They run more, they have Sark....Ohio State can be high-flying with talent outside of Notre Dame's pay grade. I mean Notre Dame could barely keep up with Penn State's pathetic offense.

OSU has seemingly fixed their OL while Texas' has been playing worse every week.

Don't trust Ewers completely, but I think people are also a bit too harsh on him.

Lets say Notre Dame plays lights out and its a close game (I don't think they will blow out either Texas or OSU)... I trust that OSU running game to grit out a win way more than Texas'.

Could that be because the much maligned Carson Beck didn’t play?
