The correct answer is not wanting either of them

One is 38 and one is 63 so yeah I’d probably make that trade.

No.

If we lost to NIU this board would melt the servers.

Yes and the retards who are diehard BK fans here make no sense.

Do i want a young and hungry coach who looks damn near proven or do i want a dinosaur 65 year old who blames everyone but himself for not winning at a place that has had 3 straight coaches win a national title (2 of those coaches were complete retards btw)

easy decision. People here are fooling themselves in underrating Freeman and thinking BK is a Saban clone or some shite. Dude hasn't won shite here

Yep. I'd rather get blown out by 40 against Bama and consistently lose to Aggy and dog shite teams like USC and Florida.

This timeline is so much better than losing to NIU and still being minutes away from a National Title game

No!

Notre Dame lost to Northern Illinois at home. That is pathetic!

They rebounded from this embarrassing loss by playing a suck azz schedule. Then they play a first round game in the College Football Playoff with a Georgia team minus Carson Beck.

Color me unimpressed with the Irish.

What’s pathetic is not being prepared and able to win a season opening game. Oh, and losing to Texas A&M in 2022 was embarrassing and so was getting out coached by Billy Napier this year and getting embarrassed by arguably the worst Alabama team since 2007.

That is the only reason it would make any sense. But I don't think I would.

Do you really think NDs record would be any different from ours with our schedule?

Their schedule was a JOKE. Yea I know the best UGA with a backup qb. The same UGA that almost got beaten by Kentucky, Florida and Georgia Tech.

I'm not a huge BK fan, but no.

Kelly rebuilt ND into a perennial contender after they'd been basically a .500 team for 15 years. He did that with no NIL and restrictive academic standards. Freeman may be a great coach, I really don't know. But he took over an arguably top five program and had the academic restrictions relaxed, and has a ton of $$ to spend in NIL. Comparing Kelly's tenure to Freeman's at ND is apples to oranges.

We have yet to see Freeman have to build a program. At the time of hiring there is no way in hell the lsu fan base would've been fine with hiring a complete unknown Notre Dame coordinator.
