Carter, I'm guessing.
Saw a car dealership's massive flag yesterday. It was at about 2/3 staff, which was about as good an effort as they could give, I guess.

In the end, Carter was just a good ole southern baw, like many of us on here. He didn't retire to Cape Cod or wherever after he was done, he went home to Plains.
