My buddy Todd Graves has purchased a three-story building in downtown Nashville for a record-breaking $75 million dollhairs

quote:

Broadway Street, known for its nightlife and honky-tonk bars, houses Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville on the first floor. The sale broke records for the area, the business journal reported, coming in at a per-square-foot price of around $2,870.

quote:

The property at 322 Broadway spans 0.2-acres and totals at 26,310 square feet.

Margaritaville will remain open after the purchase, a Raising Cane’s spokesperson confirmed

That money would have been better spent within LSUs NIL fund for football. What a shame

He comes off as pretty frugal so this is sort of surprising

Raising Cane's will do quite well there.

In all seriousness, is he moving the other one into that building? Or is this just another pad for him?

Some people claim that Todd Graves is to blame for smaller chicken fingers

But it's my own damn fault for continuing to buy them

He also bought the most expensive real estate in Tennessee history last year inside the Nashville Four Seasons.

$15m penthouse at Four Seasons, ~$3,800 a square foot

What does frugality have to do with business investments?

This is obviously something he plans to lease, or open a business in (Raising Canes or something else).

Don’t they have Canes on Broadway?

Or did he just buy the building instead of renting.

He went to Episcopal BR and is a massive LSU fan. Lots of Baton Rouge kids leave Baton Rouge for college (can you blame them?) but remain LSU fans.

Isn't top 10.

It's the "hot chicken" (in air quotes) for lily white tourists that don't know better.

Next time you go to Nashville, go to Prince's.

downtown nashville and in particular north & south gulch are just non-stop eye candy. if i was a single man in my 20s i would spend every penny i had coming in on an apartment in the gulch and never leave that area.
