Denmark's king changes coat of arms with a message for Trump in his bid to buy Greenland

The territory has been under Denmark's effective control since the 14th Century, but Donald Trump has once again revealed his interest in the U.S. buying or obtaining the territory, which lies between Canada and Scandanavia.
The new royal coat of arms released by the crown dispenses with a historic use of three crowns to representing the historic union of Scandanavian nations.
Instead, the new coat of arms shows an enlarged Polar Bear, as well as a ram signifying its dominion over the Faroe Islands, a self-governing part of the Kingdom.

Look, Trump would buy Greenland if it was a realistic thing that could happen. But I find it hilarious that Denmark is so upset over what is really just a bit of light trolling.

Most don’t realize that if Greenland becomes a territory, we then control half of the northern hemisphere. Look at maps from a north pole view.

King Fredrick is a friend of mine. I hosted him in Latvia in 1995 and we have remained in touch. Really nice guy. "No airs" about him. He has his "job" to do but realizes he doesn't have to be a prick or a-hole to do it.
