I doubt he's anywhere near game shape.

But i will say i thought his face looked slim when they showed him on the bench friday night.

I highly doubt he'll play more than 20-25 mins per

Just reading this headline, I’m left drained and indifferent.
Zions time here has completely demoralized me. It’s sad. I don’t care one bit whether he ever plays again on our team. I’ve lost all faith in his ability to stay healthy.

I’m there with you, Iron John. For the first time ever, I read about Z’s alleged return and just don’t care.

No matter how you or I feel about him, they need to repair his value. And it starts with getting him back on the court, keeping him there, and reminding the league what kind of talent he is and building hype around his play going into the summer.

The issue is, he isn’t going to stay healthy for the rest of the season

The only approach is to let him play 5 games. Pray he doesn’t get injured bc it’s a 50/50 chance in 5 games. Shut him down and then trade him before the deadline.

The Saints need O-Line help badly. Maybe Zion can cross train.

This is pure delusion. How long do you think it takes a player to lose the label "injury prone"? It would take seasons to make that happen. Him finishing the season wouldn't make a dent. He'd still have missed almost half the year.

I agree with you. We need Z to get back and play well even if just to increase trade value. I’m just saying that as a fan, this is the first time that news of his return brought me no excitement whatsoever.

But the question you've gotta ask is...does he feel like Zion?

From the practice pictures that the Pelicans have been putting on social media starting about 4 days ago, Zion looks to be in terrific shape. Like the lightest I’ve ever seen him as a Pel. Of course, his weight seems to fluctuate by 20 lbs damn near daily, so he probably won’t look like that by the time he plays.

Yall all need Wellbutrin. The season is a disappointment. It's still fun watching Z play.
