We ended up doing ribeyes. Had enough of the dressing and stuff at Thanksgiving.

Did a rib roast yesterday with horsey sauce, potatoes dauphinoise, sautéed green beans. Came together real nice.

Today made some pigs in blankets and monkey bread for breakfast. Mostly homemade pizza for dinner.

We have a family friend that always does a fancy Xmas dinner.

I’m being oysters (wellfleets and duxburys from Mass) and caviar (from some farm in NC so we will see).

Pea soup. Ravioli of some sort. Pork rillettes. Boeuf Bourguignon. And olive oil cake.
