I’d imagine there’s more seafood restaurants than not in Louisiana serving import over gulf.
Just label it shrimp. Not many care where it came from anyway and you increase profit. If ppl want gulf shrimp they’ll buy it at a market.

Ruffino’s too but good point. At the time I was thinking 24 had to be about all of them, but they went as far as testing off the hook and po boy express. If I was a seafood restaurant that wasn’t tested and isn’t on this list I would be a little upset.

I can’t speak for this board, but I absolutely care.

If I’m eating shrimp at one of my local spots in NOLA I want gulf shrimp. If I found out they’re serving me shite from China I’d be fuming.
