When I am in a meeting where someone insists that everyone introduce themselves and state their preferred pronouns, I like to say that mine are We, Our, Ours just to mess with their head. One of my students was in a meeting with me a year or so ago and said that his pronouns were frick and you.

I don't participate in their delusions. I simply ignore it. Fortunately I work in a fairly conservative environment so I'm not exposed to much of this insanity
