Nauticstar 211 Hybrid
Will be mostly in around the lakes near DFW.
I know I'm crazy, but what are the accessories that I need to buy asap?

Disagree on this. Expected to use mine all the time, but think we used it once in the last 2.5yrs.

Mine didn't have one installed already. Bought a turtlebox and love it for this.

Marine grade tools. Zip-ties and butt connectors as well. Extra fuses.
It's a boat. shite is 100% going to break, and it will break when it's the most inconvenient time for it to happen. Trust me on this.

Recommended brand/ model of each?
Unfortunately I'll need to store off site. What about trailer locks? I saw this, does anyone have one?
Proven
Should I buy an extra prop, maybe something less expensive just in case?

I would say a covered place to park it. I had a boat cover and it sucked. No matter how I tented it up, it would always pool water on top and it's a pain in the arse to get it off the cover and it tears the cover up.
I loved being out on the boat, but the one thing I hated most was the storage. Trailering it is somewhat a pain but part of the process, and drinking on the boat, you're the driver and you're risking BUI if you drink. You need someone who can back a trailer and someone who can trailer the boat. Either that or you'll need to get comfortable with tying the boat up while you do everything.
Not trying to talk the OP out of a boat, but these are the drawbacks to having a boat I experienced.
Lastly, the light requirements on boats are simply not enough at night. I had one real close call because myself and a fellow boater couldn't see each other until we were basically right on top of each other. I was able to yank the wheel at the last minute to avoid collision, but if you're boating at night, get a good spotlight to run in addition to the required nautical lights.

GPS trolling motor
Power pole
Jack plate if you plan to fish low water areas
I agree on skipping out on the stereo system. They make too many good bluetooth speakers that you can just bring with you. It eliminates unneeded speakers/amps/etc. that will only cause you headaches.

I'm also in North East DFW and would love one but I have no room so I would have to pay for the boat, insurance and storage.
That takes the fun out of it
