Holy shite!!!!! Knew it would go out the Thurs afternoon (I helped draft the email) before Christmas but this is gold.
“Starting 1/6/2025 everyone is expected to be in the office during normal business hours Monday - Friday. We are cancelling our hybrid scheduling for increased engagement and productivity. Please consult your manager with any questions.”

You can always identify the companies with poor management practices and lack of accountability with their staff when they require people to be back in the office.

EDIT: Actually, it says 12/6/2025. So they're just giving almost a year's notice so employees can find other jobs...

Canceling WFH or Hybrid schedules across the board is just weak leadership too chicken shite to discipline employee who abuse the system. so they screw everyone over.
