I don’t think anyone can disagree with the Browns/Watson trade at number 1.

No way this is the worst thing the Bears have done.

Most of the listed moves were highly questionable when they were made, and many were heavily criticized by fans and pundits.
Sometimes everyone knows a trade or signing is a mistake, but teams still make dumb moves all the time.

As a Falcons fan, the Cousins signing wasn't a mistake. Maybe too long, maybe too expensive, but he was still *that* much better than their other options.
Their biggest mistake was not having a plan B when it was time to send Ryan off. They never developed a QB behind him, and wandered in the desert with Marcus Mariota and Desmond Ridder's arse.

Trading up for Trubiscuits

I knew CEH getting selected by the Chiefs first round was going to be what they had for the Chiefs after the news broke the other day.

Pretty hard to find a lot of faults for KC since 2020.

Saints not drafting Lamar Jackson?

Saints hiring Dennis Allen

Well they missed the biggest mistake that led to that trade. Hired a man that was a character coach with NE and promoted him up to Executive vice president of football operations/interim GM within about 2 years.

Drafting Kyle Pitts over the guys that went after him is way worse than the Cousins deal.

They were in cap hell. They needed a franchise reset and chose to tank a couple seasons with bad QBs that cost them nothing. The bigger issue is they drafted so poorly they didn't rebuild the team during these bad seasons.

Not even the worst.
Trading for Chris Olave is the worst move we have made since the Ricky Williams trade

Saints - Drafting Lattimore and not trading 1 spot with the Bills to get Mahomes

How is the Cowboys choice not the Dak contract?

If that’s how we’re approaching it then shouldn’t every single teams’ worst mistake be not drafting Mahomes?

Umm, length and cost factor in kind of heavily when determining if a signing was a mistake or not. Nobody would consider the Cousins signing a bad deal if it was one or two years because you upgraded at QB and it didn't cost you too much. But, that's not what they did. As it sits Cousins is going to cost you 58 million against the cap in... 2027. The guy didn't even finish a full season. It was a mistake.

Signing Aaron Rodgers as number three is strange, shouldn’t be in the top 20

Trading Cooper was a salary dump. Those trades have to be made from time to time and he was coming off a mediocre year.
I feel like the guy who wrote this article doesn't fully keep up with the NFL. Dude thinks the Bears trading a 2nd round pick for Chase Claypool was the 11th worst move in the entire NFL in the past decade. I mean wtf. How he thinks that is worse than giving up three picks to move up ONE spot and drafting Mitch Trubisky at #2 is kind of mind boggling.
