Seriously can’t we just get rid of people like that? They have zero quality of life and provide zero benefit to anyone.
Maybe I’m being harsh but I see zero problem with eliminating people who decide to live this lifestyle. Kinda like what animal shelters do to strays that can’t be adopted. What’s the difference?

That’s less bad than I expected. Last time I met a friend in DTLA for dinner there was a bum whose pants were ripped on the arse and he just had shite all over the back of his legs.
I was in the car on the phone with my wife saying I thought maybe my friend was trying to kill me.
Restaurant was awesome btw. That’s just normal shite for people downtown.
