Ole Miss is what I would call being aggressive in NIL....

Patrick Kutas (Ark) -> Ole Miss (6'5 313) IOL
Jehiem Otis (Ala) -> Ole Miss (6'5 320) DL

Kiffin saw the difference when they focused on the trenches. They had a great DL this year. He's going to go all in on that every season now. Can't say I blame him, just have to beat Kentucky if you spend all this money

Because they can't recruit anyone from HS worth a shite besides maybe the occasional 5 star.

Both of those guys grew up in Ole Mrs back yard. It would be like having a couple of NOLA guys in the Portal being interested in LSU.

And they're basically assured starting roles with all the players Ole Miss is losing.

This is where I hope Kelly really focuses on both sides of the ball. It all starts in the trenches. If you can dictate terms at the line of scrimmage, it helps everyone.

The Ole Miss DC also was Oatis' primary recruiter at Bama.

Damn I thought we had a good shot at Kutis. His family had ties to LSU and Brad Davis recruited him before he came to LSU.

Man I’d be worried about taking a guy who left his old team mid season and demanded a redshirt so he could go to the portal.
That’s begging for a locker room problem
Kutas also delayed coming back from injury for one game promising to return to arky in return for a redshirt that’s not nearly as egregious but still on the proceed with caution side

So are you against Brian Kelly's strategy of being aggressive in the portal this offseason?

Mike Miss can’t afford to keep up. Again, I just don’t understand why some LSU fans want to overinflate Ole Miss. it really is a strange

Alabama has shown that lines win football games For over a decade now. It's not rocket science. Kiffin. should've known that for a long time. If you have a monster o-line that can protect and run the ball, you're halfway To the ship.

No, we need to be but we don’t need to start the comparison between LSU’s spending & Ole Miss’s and act like that means something for next year’s expectations.

That got them closer to the playoffs than LSU.

Closer? Missing the playoffs is missing the playoffs
They were both 5-3 in SEC last time I checked

Their strength of schedule wasn't top 50, LSU was like #8.
Basically, LSU lost an OOC and they didn't. Whoop de do.
