You know what I did see.. A bunch of people that wouldn't give a F*c* if they saw a policeman beat the sheet out of a criminal.

Russias trashiest areas are more in the hinterlands. They keep their cities downtown areas pretty nice. They are backwards from the US where the nice is in the suburbs.
