Where would you recommend taking some big wigs for a business dinner in New Orleans? They all are local so don’t need to go to a tourist restaurant, and also don’t want to go to a super loud place. It will be for a group of 10.

Thanks!

Ask if they would rather dine in the FQ or not.

A lot of us turn down dinners in the FQ because we don't frick with it, but would rather do Emeril's, Peche, Desi

I've never been up there, but there's no way that is anything close to quiet.

Isn't it a loft?

This always cracks me up, Lester. Stayed the Chateau Lemoyne a couple weeks ago and after a year or more shuttered they finally have a real estate "for lease" sign in window., of his old place. I believe.

Doris must come up on the "where to have stereotypical business dinner"

Don't get me wrong, it is great, but such a bitch dealing with inner quarter bullshite after work

Mayas on magazine. Great at the holidays with decorations and a hidden gem.

Herbsaint I think gets overlooked a lot but I think it's more subtle and adventurous than people give it credit for.

I took colleagues to coterie and it had great energy from service. The food was standard but the feel of it was something that impressed me.

Mr. John’s Steakhouse on St. Charles. One of my go-to restaurants when in New Orleans.
