To the best of my knowledge, he has not been charged. Perhaps he will be when Dementia Joe leaves the White House.

remember the riots in ferguson, missouri. the police chief released the in store video of michael brown strong arm robbing the store to media. the doj had demanded the police chief turn the video over to them. probably never to be seen. that video took all the energy out of those riots.
same goes for hunters laptop. repair guy made copies and sent them out. fbi never did anything with it. now a new doj will look into it.

Honestly, I’d leave it alone. I don’t see the utility of trying to prosecute the Bidens. Their political future doesn’t exist so their grifts will dry up. Further the upcoming reform within the deep state will reveal everything the people will need to know about what they’ve been up to.

We must prevent future activity of this type by extremely punishing, possibly torturing, or even giving the death penalty to any and all who have acted in such fashion.
If any are given pardons, state actors can then prosecute for which no pardon applies from a federal official.

Agree 100%. I just think targeting the Bidens could backfire politically. Hang people like Vindman and Milley by their fricking balls on the front lawn of the capital instead. That’ll get the point across. Focus on those who can still subvert you.

I get it. Those crimes should be punished. I’m just speaking in pure political terms. Trump’s focus should be squarely on the bad actors inside the DOJ, IC, etc.

Hunter Biden has yet to be investigated for any allegations of this nature. Perhaps when the corrupt Biden Admin is but a footnote in history, this might change.

OAN has been reporting these stories and events for years. They never once backed down on the 2020 election fraud story. They've been deplatformed and demonetized, removed from providers by the establishment, been cancelled into oblivion and are still unapologetically going strong and reporting the truths that the other networks are afraid to touch.
...yet most here even on this very board, still spend their time watching Faux News. Why?
I have seen both worlds and you cannot convince me that Sensei Hannity is better than Dan Ball. OAN is still reporting the truth about "vaccine" injuries. Faux News fired Dan Bongino and Tucker Carlson for exposing real truths, but Jessica Tarlov and Juan Williams are still on their payroll. And "conservatives" here still watch them. Again, why?
