Even outside the money… the connections he can make at Michigan are far better.
Michigan is one of the best Universities in the country. LSU pumps out engineers and that’s cool and all. Michigan pumps out CEOs, venture capitalists, and hedge fund managers.

sucks but some guys act like Underwood was a BR kid. Kid was from Michigan and everyone on this board would have done the same thing.

Bryce Underwood will never be in a position where this matters to his life, nor will he ever be in this space. It's either NFL or not work and live off prior NIL. He will never work an actual job in his life and I'm sure doesn't have the remote atmosphere of intelligence to enter VC, Investment Banking, or what not.

After reading about the Underwood behind the scenes stuff, LSU didn't have a chance. Not only Tom Brady, but the friggin big timer billionaire backer is not from the state of Michigan nor an alum, nor did he live there. How the frick does something like that happen? Are we still facing karma from the 2019 season that Ed O had no business creating?
I think the multiple losing/5-5 seasons, our streak of night game in TS wins ending, our 5 straight game one losses, our beatdown by a first year coach at TAMU, pur heisnous and disgusting blowout by Bama, our 11 point loss vs Sunbelt Billy, and now losing Underwood should appease the Gods, right? That's enough now right God? I mean even the South Carolina win we stole away is forgiven by now right? Can Nuss stop throwing ints, we block for a RB, and the defense figure out how to stop a mobile QB?

How are you sure. Do you know him? Are you from Michigan? Do you have connections in his high school?
This was a very shitty thing to say. Look, I’m as disappointed as anyone else he isn’t coming here. We can argue the merits of NIL and how it is impacting the game. And yes you are correct, he probably will never have a need to become a hedge fund manager. But you are basically calling him too dumb to ever be able to study for those types of fields and you have no clue.
