“Because I think we all know that legal precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country and people can violate laws any time they want.”

They just want to see if there would be enough to change the election. If there is then they bow up and fight it in the courts to make these ballots legal

The PA Supreme Court will do some mental gymnastics and find a reason to count the ballots. They never meant for that ruling to aid the election of a Republican. I’ve read that the earlier decision only affected 69 votes and did not change the result. This is not going to end well for McCormick. I don’t think the GOP has the balls to refuse to seat Casey. He will be seated and McCormick will not be the Senator. The GOP also has the Majority without McCormick, so they can do nothing and allow Casey to take the seat.

The Dems and the old guard GOP dont run the Bingo anymore. McCormick will be seated, Casey will refuse to concede but it won't matter just like all the other Dems and old guard GOP screaming that the sky is falling over Trump's nominees. The reckoning is coming.
