I’m not saying he is the guy, but if the higher ups do, is now the time we try to lock him in for a cheap long term contract? Tensions are high, everyone is disappointed and may can get a good bargain. Again I’m as pissed as everyone right now, but something to think about. Graux Tigers!!

What are you trying to ask here???

You think BK will voluntarily take a contract for LESS money? He’s already locked in for a ridiculous amount for a ridiculous time period

You might be having a stroke

He's 63 and still has 7 years left on his contract. How much longer do you want his contract to go? And why would he go cheaper?

Bk is old bruh.

Dude probably doesn't finish the 10 year contract even if he starts coaching like he is worth 3 million a year.

Good point, I wasn’t aware his contract was that long

If he wins a National Championship here, he will retire. That's the only reason for coming here. It's not the money. He was already rich.

He might as well retire now because he isn't ever winning one.

Not this year or next, but the recruiting has picked up, so things look pretty good, but it will be another year before we even make the playoffs.

I think he will make at least one Championship game within his contract years, but I'm not sure he will win one.

I think he loves the money too much, and if they want him for their long-term plans (see below), they'll have to give it up. Didn't BK back out of a divorce because he saw how much it would cost?

At any rate, both sides are receptive to the idea of LSU fielding and competing as a team similar to the Savannah Bananas after a feasibility study showed this is the best way to fill seats in the future.

With all respect, that would be ridiculous. This isn’t buying stock at a historical low, with hopes for a 20% ROI. We need to rid ourselves of this guy as soon as practicable.

We’re disappointed .. you’re/we’re pissed.

So why don’t we … LOCK HIM INTO A LONGER CONTRACT.

Take some Advil and go to bed. You must have hit your head.

The dude already has a lifetime contract, you want to sign him longer for when he gets reincarnated?

That's not the reason he came. That's the tasty nugget of bs he served up that people like Finebaum gulped down. It was the money.
The truthful thing he said was that he thought it would be easier than at Notre Dame. The SEC don't play that. Everything is a war. Especially recruiting.

He’s got 7 years left on his contract. What are you suggesting?
