In fairness to Nuss, Josh Williams got his arse handed to him in pass pro. We’ve heard that’s the only reason he gets snaps on 3rd down. Kaleb Jackson at 235 lbs can’t be worse than he was yesterday and he can’t even get on the field.

Nuss is seeing ghost - looks like shite coaching to me.

You are missing the point if you are focusing on williams on that play

Stop blaming Kelly for Nuss being the same QB he's been since landed at LSU.

Blame Kelly for not replacing him.

RobbBobb said it can't be Nuss fault bc the alternative is Swann

Disgusting. He had a wide-open look over the middle for a sure TD. What happened there? How did a sack occur? It appeared Nuss had adequate protection

This team, probably because of coaching, is so reactive. They are not proactive in terms of dictating pace and play on the field.

The fact that Williams is supposed to be protecting him and is instead on all fours staring straight at Nuss is hilarious

It has always been this way with Nuss. He has consistently thrown it to the other team or held the ball too long to avoid throwing it to the other team his entire career. Daniels had the same coaching last year and did not have the same issues.

Nuss shoulders a lot of blame for last night, but this is such a big case of a screenshot does not tell the story.

Josh Williams was tossed aside like he was a toddler.

Should have went after ward. Boosters didn’t wanna hurt Nuss feelings. He waited his turn, they just gave him the job because of it

Sure TD? He has a wide open checkdown but no sure TD.

It's a 5 yard gain with the clock running and one timeout. He's clearly trying to step up, and he is wrapped up less than half a second from what this tweet is trying to convey. If Williams even slows him down at all, yes he probably makes that throw.

A half second from there is plenty, he needs to make that throw earlier

That was one play and Jackson has had a habit of Ole' blocking. Williams is by far the best option in pass pro at running back regardless of this play.

I pointed this out on the Scoreboard and got downvoted by people swearing that Anderson wasn’t open.

Wasn't that the 3rd and long? Isn't the route tree to work down? How many times have yall complained about him throwing it short of the sticks?
