If I were to take the bear case on this, I would say that the PR thing could still motivate higher turnout among a 70/30 demo for Harris. Or alternatively, maybe her lead on him with this group would be a little lower if it hadn't happened. But PA Latino turnout is low. The below is a few days old but still indicative.

Worth noting: Univision poll of 400 Latino people in PA. Margin of error +\- 5%.
If anything, this tells us that people made up their mind a long time ago, either drank the Trump-aid or think he’s a shite stain.
About 2/3 of Latinos aren’t voting for Trump.
But I’m no political genius. Maybe he should keep denigrating people and see if it works this time.
