Big black bear in Norwood, LA

Got this big boy on a camera on our property. Maybe I won't be staying in the stand too long after dark this year

That’s a small one, if I knew how to post a pic I would show u a big one. My son got a bear tag and we are excited to finally get to kill one.

Safari Club international and Kristi Titus with the show Pursue the Wild are actually coming to stay at our camp and film the hunt.
Maria Davidson the former large carnivore program director was actually at our camp yesterday with a film crew. She was stating back when she was ahead of the program that our block of woods had the highest density of black bears per acre in the entire country.
I also have a photo of my son, who will be doing the shooting, who is 13 now with a black bear cub at our place. My son was 8 months old in the picture. Kind of cool that he will actually get to kill one now.
