“There’s reason for optimism, and I’m feeling good," Van Der Beek adds.
Colorectal cancer, per the American Cancer Society, starts in the colon or the rectum, which make up the large intestine in the digestive system.

Had my first one at 32 due to shitty family history. Having another one in the summer. They are fine. Really nothing to be scared of. Best nap you’ll ever take

Got my first at 28 and every few years after because of family history. Multiple jobs/insurances and neither insurance company gave me hell.

This goes for the ladies out there, as well, who seem to get forgotten when it comes to these screenings. I know two that have died recently in their 40’s from colorectal cancer.
