Bongino said that a dem analyst who had a good record of accuracy is saying that Trump's history of out performing the polls will not happen this time because the pollsters have corrected for it.
He is saying that Kamala will outperform her numbers and that she will win.
Bongino is not agreeing with that prediction but he shared it as a warning to not pop the Champagne yet.

In order to win, they'll have to cheat by such a large amount that it can't be anything other than extremely sloppy. That sloppiness will be force the acknowledgement of the cheating as it will be so undeniable by any news organization still wanting people to think they have any objectivity whatsoever.
