Tell him to bring it on - we withdraw every single piece of equipment we've loaned them, leave them a bill for all our expenses, and tell them to fend for themselves.
And reinforce they will have to hurry because Russia already has a bunch of nukes and Ukraine is no longer under our protection. Give them the addresses of Germany, Great Britain, and France.
