I'm starting to think that we'll actually dominate in this game. I feel like we are due for giving out an arse-beating. 45-17 Tigers

Last 4 matchups have been decided by 3 points each. This will be a battle.

The thing with Arkansas is, you never know what team is going to show up. I’m expecting our DL to dominate their OL and get to the QB. If we force a turnover or two, I’m sure it could get out of hand rather early

The popular upset picks always end up not being so.

Good for us

Alabama heard “trap game” all week leading up to Vandy after their big win against UGA. Their coach was putting mouse traps around the facility.

They still lost. Hopefully we know that Arkansas is a team that can’t be taken lightly & show up

Arkansas this week is like LSU was last week-- bye week advantage, home field advantage, and a QB who's healing.

Arkansas is a good team. Beating Tennessee is no easy feat

That doesn't mean anything. Take out the covid season because it's just nonsense all around. From 2016-2019 LSU beat Arkansas by 23, 28, and 36 points. Only once was the game close in that stretch.

This year could easily start another run. 2022 Daniels was sick and the offense sputtered at times that season. 2023 the defense was horrible. This year the defense is improving, and the worst thing Arkansas does outside of defending a pass rush, is defending the passing game.

This is going to be a big time win.

I’ve heard enough. Taking LSU to cover. The national pundits will be upset, but this is a good matchup for LSU and we are not overlooking this game despite what everyone wants to think

They’re not upsetting top 10 teams 2 games in a row. LSU defense is starting to gel and the offense will roll. LSU by 17

Tennessee can't pass, and they are tied for 65th in sacks. Both wesknesses Arkansas had, Tennessee could not exploit. LSU is ELITE in pass rush and the passing game.

People want to say throw everything out are fooling themselves. There is going to be burnt hog arse all game.

I’m coming back around to LSU smoking that arse. Arkansas sucks in the passing game on both sides of the ball. That’s not where you want to be against Garrett Nussmeier and Bradyn Swinson.

I think it stays tight for a while but LSU pulls away.

Remember how bad usce was in the second half on offense? That's because the qb had an injured ankle. Arkansas has a dual threat qb who's banged up as well.. he's not gonna beat us from the pocket. I would blitz the shite out of him early and see how he moves

This game means so much to arky, but I think BK will have us ready and their weakness matches our strengths.

People need to remember Covid through last year wasn’t really strong LSU teams and arky was able to play us close.

When we are good and they aren’t we whip their arse.

I think people got use to the Les post bama let down and think arky plays us better than they really do.

Being that this game is basically a “pick ‘em”, if Arky wins, it’s not a colossal upset.

Someone with a brain! Just like Ole Piss this is one of our oldest Rivaks and we always play each other close. With what the OP said along with that and it's a very dangerous game. And against true running qbs we haven't done to well.

It may indeed be a battle. However, the last 4 matchups don't have anything to do with it. This is a new year and new team. MAYBE this year we won't come in flat and overlook them like we seem to do sleep walking this game every year. If we sleepwalk again, like we did first half UCLA and Nichols St game, we will probably lose. Hopefully this team sees their opportunity and takes advantage of it.
